Booking ConditionsPlease read these carefully before making a booking: In the event of a cancellation received 10 working days or less prior to the event, the full fee is due. The fee will returned if a cancellation is received prior to this date, less 40% to cover administration costs. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Substitutions may be made at any time. IPA reserve the right to change the venue, speakers and presentations. For company visits, the host company reserves the right to approve delegates.
