The IPA does not currently accept credit card payments online. If you wish to pay by credit card a member of the events team will contact you by telephone, otherwise we will arrange to invoice your organisation.

Please note payment is required in advance of the event. If a cancellation is received 10 working days or less prior to the event the full fee is due. The fee will be returned if a cancellation is received prior to this date less 40% to cover administration costs. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Substitutions may be made at any time. IPA reserve the right to change venue, speakers and presentations. If a hosted visit, the host company reserve the right to final approval of the delegate list.
